Youth Ed. Committee is seeking volunteers to assist in the Youth Ed. Programs at Rotary Gardens.
There are 4 programs that we will present throughout 2011.

"Birds and Their Habitats Program" (T, Th in Feb. & March ) - 3rd & 4th graders
" Plant Program" ( T, W, and Th in May) - 1st & 2nd graders
" Pumpkin Math Program" ( T, W, and Th in Oct. ) - 2nd, 3rd, & 4th graders
" Stories & Stroll Program" ( 1st W of month March - Dec. ) 2, 3 & 4 year olds & parents
We are looking for enthusiastic presenters for our programs. They are held during the day when schools can visit for field trips or Parents / Grandparents can bring children and also tour the gardens.
The sessions run about 2 hours each + prep time. We have scripts, offer training, and recommend shadowing so that volunteers feel comfortable with the programs.
