Annual Report is due soon - what did you do this year?

In June MGV Ruth Flescher met Wisconsin Honey Producer's
2018 Honey Princess, Lexi Gegare of Milton, at the Janesville
Farmer's Market. Ruth was working at the RPMGA booth
distributing free garden seeds, talking to area residents
about the importance of pollinators and answering questions
about their gardens.
Each year the UWEX asks local MGV organizations from around the state for information on what they accomplished over the past year.
Apiary inspector
The Bee Guy - DATCP southern
district bee inspector, Daniel Ziehli
was our guest August 30. We opened
this event to MGVs from Dane, Rock,
Walworth and Jefferson counties.
We'd like to hear from all those in the Rock Prairie Master Gardener Assocation about your adventures - teaching classes, working with children, planting pollinator gardens, doing community outreach, organizing and hosting guest speaker events, farmer's markets, whatever you may have been involved with.  The information will be put into a brief report that will be posted here:
https://wimastergardener.org/wisconsin-mg-annual-report/
Whatever your passion, we would like to share it with other MGVs from around the state.   Help us get the word out!!

NOTE:  I need to submit the report on or before November 1, so it would be great if I could get 75 to 85 word summaries of each of your projects within the next week or so.  The report will be edited for size by the powers that be at the UWEX so I cannot say for sure what will be published and what will not.

Send a summary of the work you did to Mary Thompson at mastergardenermary@gmail.com or to Ruth Flescher at yafello2@gmail.com.
