This blog is used to distribute timely information to association members regarding volunteer opportunities, MGV highlights, and other social tid bits.

Horticulture related information is to be directed to the Horticulture Educator or the Plant Health Advisors.

This blog is not for garden related questions.

Trip to Song Sparrow

We've been invited to Song Sparrow!

Mark Dwyer of Rotary Botanical Gardens has passed on an exciting plant buying opportunity for all RPMGA members.

Renee’ at Song Sparrow Nursery asked Mark to relay an invitation to all RPMGA members for an on-site buying spree at Song Sparrow Nursery from 8 am – 10 am on Saturday, June 4th.

RBG volunteers and members have been invited as well.

Renee' is not concerned about having too many people but wants a verified “head count” by May 27. She’ll be sending some catalogs too so interested parties can see the goodies in advance.
