Trees and Shrubs Galore!

Don't forget the opportunity to hear Dave Wanninger's presentation on Woody Plants, next Wednesday evening (February 23rd) from 6 pm - 8 pm. Dave is the head horticulturist at Beaver Creek Nursery in Poplar Grove, IL and is very knowledgeable about a wide range of woody plants. Dave speaks throughout the Midwest and we are fortunate to have him for what promises to be an educational and informative program. Dave will focus on his favorite, low-maitenance favorites as well as a vast assortment of beautiful and hardy, woody plants. Rotary Botanical Gardens members can attend this lecture (and all others) for free. All others are asked for a nominal, $5 donation. No need to RSVP. Come enjoy a taste of warmer gardening seasons and neat plants. Don't forget the Herb Gardening talk by Patty Bailey (Patty's Plants, Milton, WI) on April 20th (6 pm - 8 pm).
