The 2013 Conference Planning has Officially Begun!!!
We kicked things off with our first meeting April 5th and we're off to a great start!
But we need you, yes you!! We are still in the early brainstorming stages and
we want to get all of our Master Gardeners involved. This conference is a big
undertaking and we have so much talent and diversity in our group that could
really make this a greatevent.
At our first meeting we formed groups and discussed our "Dream Conference."
We came up with things we liked or disliked about other conferences and
what our dream conference would have. It was a great way to share ideas but also to
familarize with other master gardeners in our organization.
Our next meeting will be on Thursday May 3rd after the regular business meeting
(approx.6pm). We invite you to attend to share your ideas or to just listen.
We will be brainingstorming, "How to get others involved". We all have different
personalities or "comfort zones". How do we encompass these dynamics to
successfully get people involved.
If you cannot make it please contact me at erebout22@gmail.com.
