I need your feedback regarding the March 1, 2012, program on generational differences.
Some have commented you found the information very useful. I'd like to know more precisely what was useful and what more you'd like to know. I'm also open to any additional comments you may have about future offerings of this type of program. Your input can help shape the its development.
I have been reviewing the comments on the 2011 Statewide MGV Survey. Over a thousand people responded from across the state. Issues between the generations of MGV is an emerging trend. I feel generational differences training can play a role in keeping our MGVs actively engaged and communicating clearly with one another.
Please e-mail me directly or post in the comments section below.
Thanks in advance.
PS. Do we want to do this again, locally, and invite in more people?
