The Rock Prairie Master Gardener Association, located in Rock County, Wisconsin, is the 42nd association of the Wisconsin Master Gardener Program.

This blog is used to distribute timely information to association members regarding volunteer opportunities, MGV highlights, and other social tid bits.

Horticulture related information is to be directed to the Horticulture Educator or the Plant Health Advisors.

This blog is not for garden related questions.

REMINDER!! How to Make a Great Entrance - We still have openings!


The Rock Prairie Master Gardener Association still has openings for Thursday night's program, "How to Make a Great Entrance." 

The event will be held at Craig Center in the Rock County Fairgrounds at 5:30 pm.

Patty Bailey of Patty's Plants at Oak Village will present a program on using fresh boughs and holly to make seasonal decorations for your home.

There is a $10 program fee which will cover the boughs or holly and supplies will be available. 

Refreshments will be provided.   

This is an approved program.  Master Gardener Volunteers will be awarded Continuing Education Units for attending.  Come join us!!
